Delete your Information
If you follow the instructions provided, your account will be deactivated, and your data will be prepared for deletion. Once deactivated, your Tenetic account, including your display name, username, and public profile, won't be visible on Tenetic.app, Tenetic for iOS, and Tenetic for Android. You have up to 30 days after deactivation to recover your Tenetic account in case it was deactivated by mistake or improperly.

Just as you use Tenetic to effortlessly engage in global discussions with individuals across various countries, Tenetic needs to transfer information across borders to various countries worldwide to maintain the safe and dependable service you rely on. For instance, if you're in Europe chatting with someone in the United States, transferring data between these countries is necessary to facilitate that conversation – it's what you expect from us.
Moreover, we utilize data centers and cloud services, and collaborate with our affiliates, third-party partners, and service providers situated around the globe to assist in delivering our services. When sharing data with third parties, we ensure they adhere to the same data protection standards we uphold.
Children Under the Age of 13
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Tenetic does not intentionally gather or request information from individuals under 13 years old, nor does it permit them to create accounts. While our site is designed for the general public, it is not aimed at children under 13.
If you discover that a child under 13 is using Tenetic, or if personal information about a child under 13 has been posted on the site (by the child or another person), please reach out to us without delay. We are committed to promptly removing such information and deactivating the child's account on Tenetic.
